Choose a sign-in method

The sign-in page may offer Microsoft 365, Google and password authentication. Prefer the business account already linked to your user.

If your email address changes or an external provider becomes disconnected, open My account to review linked sign-in methods without creating a second user.

Access the demonstration environment

The test console is available at ai-dev-public.beone.be. It provides the usual pages, help centre and public API, subject to your account and organisation permissions. Private data still requires authentication.

Microsoft 365 sign-in started at this address returns you to the same address. The private DEV address keeps its own sign-in callback. If Microsoft reports an unauthorised redirect URI, contact the platform administrator; do not create another account.

The public test console does not display Symfony diagnostic tools. Its data is separate from production and may be reset. Organisations whose names start with Démo —, and their bots, are examples; complete their settings before real use.

Use the top bar

The top bar shows the current page path, organisation context, language, appearance and your profile. Depending on your permissions, it also provides access to the credit wallet.

When you administer several organisations, always check the displayed organisation before creating or editing a bot.

Search with Ctrl K

Press Ctrl K or use the search icon in the launcher. Search only shows items your account can access:

• application pages;
• bots and documents;
• users and organisations for authorised administrators.

Use the arrow keys, then press Enter to open a result.

Expand configuration sections

Advanced sections for BeAI numbers, Picapp, organisation pricing and DNCM use a header with an icon, a title and Expand / Collapse, matching the bot's advanced settings. Click the header, or use Tab followed by Enter or Space, to open or close it. The chevron indicates its state.

Closing a section preserves entered values and does not disable any option. Changes are applied only through the relevant save or confirmation button. If a closed section contains an invalid field, validation reopens it so you can correct the value.

Open the help centre

The ? icon in the left launcher opens the public documentation from any application page. The same link is available from the sign-in page, before authentication.

Set language and time zone

In My account, choose:

• the portal language and default language for newly created items;
• your time zone for displaying dates;
• light, dark or automatic appearance.

The language selector in the top bar applies the current language immediately. Saving it in My account makes it your persistent preference.
